Student Certification Examination Liability Statement
The eKnowledgeCenter is the
examination and certifying agency for the eLearning CKM, CKEE™, and Core
Examinations (Materials).
Examinees are hereby informed of the following eKnowledgeCenter
certification examination liability policies:
- Examinees are
required to acknowledge acceptance of these policies by signing this
statement prior to taking the examination.
- The eKnowledgeCenter considers the examination results of its examinees to be strictly
confidential.
- The eKnowledgeCenter will
not provide such information to others except in response to a court
order. The eKnowledgeCenter notifies any Examinee prior to complying
with such an order.
- Results of
the examination will be provided no later than 90 days after the date the examination
is taken.
Limitations of liability:
• The eKnowledgeCenter Certification Examination
Materials are distributed "as-is."
• The eKnowledgeCenter assumes no liability for
the actions of the proctor administering this examination and makes
no warranty, express or implied, for the accuracy of the information
contained in the examinations, or for any other aspect of CKM, CKEE™,
and Core examination administration.
• The eKnowledgeCenter assumes no liability for damages, direct or indirect,
consequential or incidental from the proctor(s)’ or examinee’s
administration and taking, respectively, of this examination.
• Use of the Materials is at your own risk; and the Examinee, to the
extent authorized by law, indemnifies, saves, and holds harmless the
eKnowledgeCenter against any and all claims, damages,
liability, and court awards, including costs, expenses, and attorney
fees incurred as a result of the Examinee’s use of the Materials.
• The eKnowledgeCenter will not be held liable for
data loss, damages, loss of profits, or any other kind of loss which
could be construed to be the result of the use or misuse of these
Materials and the associated examination administration polices,
procedures, and actions.
What the Examinee can do with course Materials:
The examinee is authorized the use of the Materials for
purposes of taking the examination for which they have been authorized
by the residing proctor. You may not otherwise use, copy, emulate, clone,
rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer,
or transfer the materials, or any subset of the materials, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use may result
in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
Accepting and using eKnowledgeCenter Materials signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of this
agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must immediately return any
eKnowledgeCenter Certification Examination Materials in
your possession.
Right to change the Materials:
The eKnowledgeCenter reserves the
right to revise or change the materials without warning.
Statement that there is no other contract:
There is no other contract with the Examinee that
supersedes this agreement regarding the use of eKnowledgeCenter Materials.

Spokesperson:
Dan Kirsch, President, Hudson Associates Consulting, Inc.,
is the spokesperson for the eKnowledgeCenter for this
agreement.
